It works.

Does the job well. The instructions call for a 5/16 inch masonry drill, and mine are metric. I suggest that a 7 mm drill is better than an 8 mm even though 8 mm is closer in diameter.

Just the job

A Group A aerial, used for for receiving television from a vertically polarised fill-in station. Better match to the frequency than a wide-band aerial, and much less wind resistance, which is important because the site is very exposed to wind, and a vertically polarised aerial is inevitably more liable to wind than a horizontally polarised aerial.
