  Such a bad experience! Item arrived damaged internally - (you can hear bits dinging around inside when tilted left-right). Poor packaging - (none existent padding). He accused me of trying to scam him - (he called me a scammer more than once during our back and forth messaging), because I requested to send him the item back for a replacement or a refund. Quite rude, came through as untrustworthy and a total bully. Threatened me with negative feedback if I was was going to do that for him.

  Bought monitor stand 3/20, was supposed to be delivered no later than 3/27 and on the last day of delivery window it still shows the shipping label hasn't been created. I contacted the seller and over 24 hours later there's still no reply, this isn't a holiday or a weekend to use as an excuse.
