Now, I sometimes I have to take a bit mo...
Now, I sometimes I have to take a bit more than prescribed on the bottle to take but man, after they kick in, I’m able to use the bathroom finally!!! And yes I do use a cream ontop of that, eating more veggies and drinking a LOT more water. Resting on my stomach as much as possible, and soaking in hot soapy sitz baths, try not to strain or push much but sometimes I do. I also eat white meat now instead of only red meat *ONLY*. So, with my new diet, I feel much better ontop of these pills!!!
