Fits Ford Fiesta 2011 w/o Sync SDIN Harness Radio Install Kit - Silver Dash
    Sep 11, 2018
Finally, something that does what it says it does!
Everyone knows by now that the F(W)ord Motor Company should have issued recalls on their stereo/communication systems across the model lines. This product can be paired with a $20 Dual brand Walmart stereo and do everything that the F(W)ord systems does except sync-whatever that is. Get the package with the small harness and antenna since these are impossible to get in a retail store. Do not get the expensive unit that allows the use of the steering wheel controls since that seems to be part of the problem in some cars. I once turned on my left blinker and the stereo sounded like it was shooting at me. I haven't tried the USB system yet but the Bluetooth playing Rush Moving Pictures from my sons tablet was great. It pairs easily as long as a 12 year old is doing it. If you have no power to the stereo when hooked up, it is the car's fault, probably steering column; just hook it up directly to battery-Yellow and red wires to the positive and the black wire to the negative; go through the firewall--the clutch hole on the automatic--look it up on YouTube. All is right with the Metra--they did their homework.
