  The seller shows in the description that the item is new. When the shipment arrives home, the packaging is damaged and when you open it the item is not new, it is used. The most delicate thing is that the seller does not accept returns. What a bad shopping experience.

  I apologize you feel you didn't receive a new item. The item was purchased new and packaging never opened. The shipping box did show signs of rough handling but that would not have affected the product. I've been a seller for 22 years and have never received negative feedback. I would have preferred you had contacted me prior to leaving feedback as I would have ensured you were satisfied by offering a full refund.
