Nice features for a great price

I liked the camera and the stereo speakers in front of the phone. 1 GB of RAM barely makes it. It takes 2 to 3 seconds to switch between applications (my previous 500 MB RAM took much more). 8 GB of internal storage are almost filled up after 2 months of use, but I claim Android OS for that.

Hard to find Linux drivers that work

I tried to install on Linux but it never worked (until now). The MediaTek website says it is a legacy product, so there is no more support. Not even the drivers for Linux are available at their website. I have looked at several posts on the internet. None of the instructions were able to make it work. However, one post on GitHub kuba-moo mt7601u said to download the kernel, edit the function phy.c and compile. It has worked since then.
