I tried to get him to take care of the problem, but he won't and said he won't take them back so I guess I will spend the extra money and have them fixed myself. But I think people should cautious of this seller.

absolutely perfect, wound is better than 3 different Slip's I have had before on other bikes, took me 17 minutes on install and that includes making sure both sides equal in mounting position. YES, I know complaints about finish but I also take care of my stuff so I will just pay attention to extra care on these slips.
