Great book. Helpful, easy to read, easy to follow.
This is just an awesome book to keep close by always. I first listened to this on audiobook from the library, and loved it so much I bought it. I refer to it every now and then when I feel myself getting down, or when I see someone else that needs positive reinforcement in their lives. Louise gives great examples of how to speak positively to yourself; how to really envision success in all aspects of your life. Really can't say enough good things about how she words things.

Great book
This is a great book. I had read it before but wanted to recommend it for my book club. The library didn't have enough copies for all of us, so I went out looking for one to buy that was inexpensive. Got a great deal thru Thiftbooks ($3.99!!) Hard copy, clean - couldn't ask for more.

Great, informative book that will help you understand why you or others act the way you do.
This is an amazing book that fully explains, in ways non-medical people can understand, the workings of the brain. How the brain is like any other part of your body that might overwork in some parts to compensate for areas that aren't working as well as they should. Thus, leading to some emotional difficulties. Mental health isn't psychosis. Mental health is nothing different than allergies. Parts of the brain overreact. Parts of the brain don't react enough. Sometimes we need meds to help everything balance out...just like our bodies overreacting to pollen or certain food. Taking meds or supplements to help the brain balance out is sometimes a necessity. And it's ok.
