  I ended up purchasing this price was the lowest I found on the internet. The item came brand new in the original package with no cosmetic issues. Unfortunately, the item I received was not what was described in the item description. I got a “bantam” grip that I wasn’t looking to receive. I reached out to the seller asking if this was a mistake. They admitted it was, refunded my money, and let me keep the grip. The seller made the issue hassle free for a resolution.

  Seller provided fast professional service but the carrier dropped the ball on delivery time. This package was delayed for unexplained reasons multiple times resulting in expected delivery date being delayed multiple times. Unexplained delays and scripted tracking posts where not supported by a real departure scan from previous facilities. Not quality service from the carrier. Not the sellers fault! Item was exactly as described in listing. It was well packaged and protected when it arrived.

  A screw was missing apparently from the factory assembly. Seller originally told me to contact the manufacturer and resolve it myself. Then offered to send a new set of exchange rings after I complained. I have contacted the manufacturer and they are sending me a complete set of screws today. I will buy from them direct in the future. The slightly lower price on eBay was not worth jumping through hoops for the seller, who could have easily done more to start with, but didn't.

Item arrived better the described, absolutely new condition and the shell holder which does not normally come with the dies is in the box with them. Super Value!   We had a situation arise where I received an empty package. The envelope had been damaged in transit and the contents were missing. Upon notification the seller immediately issued an apology for the inconvenience along with a full refund. Would definitely do business with them again.
