Cytosport Protein Mix
1 of 1 found this helpful Unless you really love strawberry, do yourself a favor and get a different flavor. Not so sure that it's the highest quality protein out there, but for the price it's probably doing something worthwile for recovery. I take smaller amounts because 50g of protein is too much to digest at once. It mixes well for me, but there are a lot of the dehydrated strawberry bits mixed in.
