Instant pot Cajun cooking!!
Had it for about a week now and so far it’s working great!! We have cooked a beef roast that came out great!! And tonight we are cooking some wild pork shoulder meat and it’s coming out perfectly!! Meat gets tender in half the normal time and unlike a slow cooker, you can brown your meat and sauté your onions in this pot!! We are from south Louisiana and Cajun cooking is the only type of cooking that we do so the recipes don’t help us much but with our seasoning and the time from the recipe book, we are creating excellent food in a fraction of the time!! It will only get better as we try more dishes!

Exact replacement
Fits perfectly and is as durable if not better than the original. At this price, I would recommend it to anyone else that needs this replacement coal tray for their ol smokey

For REAL fans of HANK JR!!!
Great video of the life of Hank Jr outside of music, as well as some great concert footage. You get to see some of the things he enjoys at his ranch and even how he acquired the ranch in Montana.
