  I was hospitalized with a major blood clot that nearly killed me and had an older family member managing my 7 platforms via ShipStation. At some point, the API connection to this eBay and a Bonanza account disconnected and required reauthorization, which neither of us knew. So yes, I was late on your and other's orders and I apologize for that and the lack of communication. I hoped that my 15+ years here with 100% Positive transactions prior would be an indicator this is not normal for me.

  NOPE sorry you had a problem but this was like 8 weeks going on with my messages and questions prior to the purchase. We do take int consideration feedback but it takes 5 seconds to put account on vacation or something just no answer to messages at all for weeks seems to unreal to me.

  Seller agreed to replace product that was defective. Seller communicated with Ebay and assumed I knew what was being communicated. Agreed to ship once I revised shipping, agreed to revise, product is nice, unfortunately mine was leaking when received the first time. The usps destroyed upon return, and was told if I wanted a refund it would be deducted from my refund and that was expected by ebay.

  Unnecessarily long feedback aside, transaction and buyer are problematic. Rtn arrived no box, just bubble wrap. Total loss. Byr is respon to return itm as rcvd, so yes,trusted sellers can deduct IF I were not replacing at my cost. Listing has a handling time & exchange is same as new order, so of course handling time applies. Byr left a neg thinking the turnaround was immed. I offered to refund with loss deduction or replace w/ neg revision. USPS 9405509105465096096812 See ALL my previous trans.
