Life saving advice - don't miss it!

This is the sanest and best exposition I've ever read on the subject of de-stressing. Joyce is very readable and gives helpful examples from her oven experience. I've read it many times and it's also a great gift to give to others coping with stress. Given that there's now mounting medical evidence that stress can cause/exacerbate all sorts of medical problems including: depression, diabetes, heart disease, hyperthyroidism, obsessive compulsive or anxiety disorder, etc. I wish that I'd read this book before developing severe depression (a result of stress) whic now requires permanent medication. It's advice could save a life.

Timeless wisdom for the spiritually minded - refreshing the soul, a delight

An excellent little book of timeless wisdom, written by a man in humble service. Each reflection or chapter is short and, read slowly, can be the 'meat' of contemplation for the day. It's as relevant today as when it was originally written - so many years ago. Thoroughly recommended for the thoughtful and spiritually minded person. This is a little book one can read and reread - giving fresh insights as one matures.
