Awesome build quality and packaging
1 of 1 found this helpful The cooler is packaged nicely and arrives without damage or malfunction. Quality control seems to be good. For laptops with fan intake vents towards the left and right sides, this will do a good job and cooling them. Check the USB port to see if your computer detects the device, sometimes it disconnects the power but you can unplug and re-plug.

Faulty unit, buy at your own risk
This unit is faulty, very low quality refurbishment. Left and right channels are messed up, not balanced, and the worst thing is there is no directional separation at all. The microphone does not work, my computer does not recognise any audio input device from these headphones. Also the package does not come with any adapter as shown in the product page. Overall this was either an unlucky or terrible purchase. I will return them.
