  The seller did a great job answering my questions. I was very impressed with the packing the shrimp were in! All but one came alive and they are already kicking around my tank eating! The package arrived fairly quickly and sooner than the estimate date. The shrimp are great quality, lively and vibrant like the pictures. It’s a pretty good value because you get +1 but also sometimes baby shrimp like i did. So over all the shrimp came in great condition! Thanks.

  Beautiful extremely active girls! 😊 I am very anxious about ordering fish from large companies. I was messaging them often and they always reassured me and responded either that same day or within a day. Perfect communication. ❤️The shipping box and packing material in perfect condition and packaged with care. They were a bit behind due to the new website and to make up for this they surprised me with overnight shipping and an extra female betta!! 🥹 Great price and the quality is amazing! 💯

  Ive purchased from this seller 2 x. First time, zero issues, received healthy shrimp, fast shipping, and excellent packaging. The 2nd time the shrimp arrived i ordered 10+1 shrimp, the package arrived promptly. Unfortunately, I noticed that there were only 8 shrimp and 2 were dead. I took a few pics and required and contacted the seller. They promptly emailed me back and sent me a partial refund. I would 100% recommend this seller, for the quality of the product and their great service.

  AAA+++ seller. FedEx delayed the first shipment too long which was not the seller’s fault, but it did mean some shrimp did not survive the overly long trip, but this seller promptly sent a replacement shipment. Seller then kept in contact with me until it was received and all was well. Highly recommend!! Also, would like to add that seller uses a bagging system that is excellent. I’ve never seen fish shipped in such well inflated and sealed bags … impressive.
