  Fast shipping when purchase! The package was carefully put together so there was no damages when I opened it. The camera works as described with some extra batteries! The value I got for the camera is worth the quality. I would buy from this seller again! I love my new camera! Will use it for many events! Main thing is that shipping could have been a bit better.

  I know the triangular boxes are available, but they do not protect the item being sold. As you can see in our pictures both ends arrived damaged. We noticed there was no packaging in the box for additional protection. We are disappointed and we ask the seller to use a tube when shipping a print and no blue tape. As a final note, we are asking for a partial refund to pay our shipping expenses in the amount of $18.35. This does not include reimbursement for the permanent damage to the print.
