  CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST! I got my item in the mail and arrived with a missing piece. I communicated to the seller, he advised open up a claim with the vendor or return for a full refund. I talked to vendor and was told to kick rocks. I reached back,to seller and he immediately took it upon himself to contact the vendor and rectify.
