    CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST! I got my item in the mail and arrived with a missing piece. I communicated to the seller, he advised open up a claim with the vendor or return for a full refund. I talked to vendor and was told to kick rocks. I reached back,to seller and he immediately took it upon himself to contact the vendor and rectify. Within 24 hours he ordered the piece that was missing. This is customer service above and beyond. will definitely recommend. In one word, EXCELLENCE! Thanks!

    Usps lost the package. Made contact with seller who immediately did everything he could to make it right. Seller sent me a replacement with additional goodies tossed in.
