  Buyer was sent incorrect items as supplier sent replacements as original glasses were out of stock. E-bay authorized buyer return request, apologies sent to buyer immediately and return shipping label provided to buyer. Buyer was refunded total amount of purchase promptly. Unfortunately, buyer did not contact us directly to resolve this issue and instead chose to publish this negative feedback quickly after receipt of package. Our request to buyer asking to revise his feedback went ignored.
