Pellet smoker
This allows you to do a big batch of what ever to smoke. Smokes for 5-6 hours, it is really great for smoking cheese as there is not much heat to melt the cheese, but also I smoked ribs but you must finish in the oven.

Fast &Easy
This little machine works perfect. A couple of easy puns and you have a nice chop. Pull a few more time and you get an even fine chop. Works well on nuts also.
