Worse than ever I’ve used

This unit was refurb and I never expected cosmetically fine but soundbar delivers terrible noise, worse than TV speaker. Woofer never get connected, remote was found dead out of box, I’ve tried by replacing battery but did not help at all. Samsung app can not connect this soundbar. So ultimately it’s loss of money, time and full of frustration. I don’t know if it’s the unit I received or something else.
