  over 20 years on eBay, first negative I have left Item not as described - obvious flaw on item Asked about item, but flaw not mentioned then either prior to sale. Then defensive about it - unpleasant at best. Not a positive experience all around, tried to resolve it nicely with multiple emails and options - just got either quieter or angrier. look elsewhere

  Buyer Contacted me 11 days before purchase. Seatbelts. Wanted just the 4 female heads with no webbing and no male ends. Told him couldn't break it up like that. He asked again 4 days later what kind of offer I could give him. I didn't answer. 11 days later he bought them. Contacted me on arrival Claimed 1 head "deeply scarred. Wanted replacement or money for that one. Told him I would Purchase Shipping Label And Give Full Refund. Repeatedly. Reported the buyer and got a negative feedback.
