Nice, quality switch
After buying one push/pull switch for my boat re-wire, I inspected it, tested it then installed it. Works perfectly, not flimsy and well made. I bought five more and all work excellent.

The quicker fixer-upper
Ok, I needed my felt hat for a wedding and it looked like a working felt hat. A split in the brim, soil sweat and far from its original shape. Buying a new silver belly Stetson just for a wedding ain't gonna happen and the closest hatters are in Tucson, a five hour trip. I read about this hat stiffener and thought I'd try it. What the hell. Anyway, I hand washed my hat to get it to hold a shape more than clean it and I reshaped it, let it dry some and while it was still damp I applied the stiffener outside & under the brim. Worked pretty well, my hat still has the shape and it's been a couple months. I like it. I bought another bottle to keep on hand. It's not gonna do what a pro hat shop will do but it is a quick, easy & durable fix.

Fine Fit and finish and weight
I'm outfitting a boat for salmon in the Pacific Northwest next year so as of right now they are unfished (I'm in Arizona) so I cannot comment on rod action under load but I can, however, say that the fit, the finish and the weight combined with Daiwa Sealine X SHA 30 reels feels great and appears to offer great bend for trolling with flashers from the downriggers or for mooching. For the money they look and feel to be well worth it.
