Takes some work
1 of 1 found this helpful The product came with everything needed, including an instructional DVD, but it does take some time (at least it did for me) to get the hang of using it. It even says in the instructions your first use might take between 30-45 minutes for progress to be made. In my case I'm still figuring it out, but it seems to be doing it's job fairly well. Not a bad product.
