  Terrible communication and rude. Send a boiler timer in nothing but a plastic shipping bag is real poor. Box, bit of cardboard or bubble wrap would have been good. When I said this I got rude and disrespectful answer. No need and packing goods appropriately. Very poor

  Received item at last I had a strange text saying it was from Evri and that my parcel was damaged and wanted my address then it asked for bank details so I deleted it straight away (bit un nerving) so I wasn't sure if it was coming or not. obviously I am not blaming yourselves but my parcel was late in arriving.
