Not comfortable.
As a Massage Therapist, my old Master face cradle cushion was way overdue to be replaced. I did a lot of research and selected this one. It arrived on my day off, but I was quick to try it out myself. It was immediately uncomfortable against my forehead, no matter how much I played with it. Unwisely, I decided that perhaps it was just the shape of my face and left it on my table. My first client arrived the following morning and not 5 minutes into the massage, she said "Okay, something is wrong here." (with her hands motioning at the face cradle). She asked if we could adjust the angle of it. I had actually forgotten that I had put it on the day before, so I explained that it was new and she was very patient. Another minute or two in, we had to stop the massage yet again. After failed attempts at angling the cradle, we even tried lifting it off the velcro attachments and experimented with the width of the "C" opening. On our last attempt, she only lasted a minute or two before saying "Nope. Can't do it. The entire weight of my face and head is resting on my forehead and starting to give me a headache.". She didn't need to elaborate any further because it summed up my experience as well. Fortunately, I had kept my OLD standard one and replaced it for her. Her comment was "Ahhh...much better." and actually fell asleep shortly thereafter. I gave her several extra minutes to make up for the time lost fussing with it. I have not tried it again for fear of the same reaction from my clients. Super disappointed.

I only use 1/2 of this product
1 of 2 found this helpful I wish that they sold the eye cream and eye gel separately. I never use the gel (it balls up and makes a mess under my foundation). I cannot count how many dozens of jars have been tossed into the wastebasket with the gel untouched. Although I really like the cream, I am always looking for an alternative product to replace it - as having to pay for two products, to only get one - is a colossal waste of money. I did call Avon with this suggestion, but apparently it fell on deaf ears.

This stuff rocks!
My husband gushed about this product for a while before I actually used it on some boots and horse tack (I quickly figured out why he loves it so much). I've never seen anything quite like it. It absorbs easily and makes the leather extremely soft and pliable. I am a stickler for natural products and always steer clear of anything with toxins and/or chemicals. This stuff has neither. It's the best! If you're on the fence about trying it, pull the trigger, you won't regret it. Be prepared that it will most likely darken your leather, so be committed to that first.
