"Not At All What I Expected"
After reading all the information on the collar, I don't think it's a safe tool. The fact that you have to practically choke your dog to have it in what they say is the correct position, makes me very uncomfortable. Can you imagine how uncomfortable my dog would be? Those prongs have to contact the skin to work.....no way. Not for my little baby!!!!
