One Seems to Outweigh All Other Minorities
It is a good read for everyone since it is the buzz word for past year or so. I found some good information within the pages. I already went through similar training but it was not call Critical race Theory. I was taught about our inner biases and how they shape our judgement of others from a very early age. Yes, I agree it would/could. But I disagree because if you know you have inner bias, you can change depending on situation. I also am a statistician. I see statistics in aerospace everyday. That makes me do research concerning crimes and prime time headlines.
In addition, the book JUST touches on OTHER minorities than Black. It is not fair in the wording and case studies, again, because the book's emphasis is one race only. I am personally mixed with both German and Native American heritage. Therefore, I am sick of the book only highlighting, till nauseous, blacks.
