Delivery was brilliant just two days and free postage. Much better than other sellers who use Amazon, delivery is about 4/5 days plus I bought a 20k bag cheaper than a 15k bag no names mentioned. On this occasion they were let down by FedEx their delivery agent. There was a combination of factors which ultimately have to be laid at FedEx door from a scrawled card left that was very difficult to interpret and ultimately even when that was unravelled had the incorrect tracking number on it.
