I contacted the sellers straight away whom offered me a full refund or a replacement. So helpfull. They couldn't do enough to please me. Great to do business with. I received a full refund today. Einfache Folie-Tüte ohne jeglichen Polster-Schutz, weshalb auch die originale Artikelverpackung stark beschädigt wurde.
