  It was well packaged. After charging the radio powers up and has been reprogrammed for it's new life. Shipping was a tad slow due to FedEx getting it to the USPS distribution facility(four days to go cross town from one building to another - about 3 miles). The radio, charger and antenna are exactly as described and pictured. Thanks!

  eBay informed me the product was sold and ok to ship. Several days later said the product was sold AGAIN. Not the buyer’s fault, eBay did not stop the auction after the first buyer met the ”buy it now” price.
