Cateye Enduro - simple and reliable
I have found GPS Bicycle Apps to be clumsy, difficult and battery consuming. I love my Garmin products and no doubt would be essential in an emergency but nothing built by Garmin is user-friendly.
I wanted a simple way to keep track of speed, time, distance and overall odometer miles on my new Bikepacking bike and be durable and most of all reliable. The Cateye Enduro is it. It was easy to install and while being “wired” may not be the most modern technology, it’s simple and reliable. I’ve seen other reviews talking about difficult instructions but I found them easy to follow.
I have a compass on my watch so with a simple paper map and time, speed & distance from my Cateye.....I’ll never be lost. I’m very happy with it......oh and I can actually read the screen in direct sunlight!
