2 of 2 found this helpful Prompt shipping. I'm an amateur roaster, but of the 8 sources I have tried these have the most consistent size, quality and moisture level. for me a medium roast is about 8 min. Excellent bean for a light roast pour over / french press. Incredibly nutty, rich flavor with low acidity and almost no bitterness.
