Rocket Scientist
The owners manual is not as complete as the 740s, have not installed yet because I have to reconfigure all the wiring to hook it up, the radar ports are different on the back and Garmin is trying to help, I bought two, one for the helm and one and one for the fly bridge .It is almost like you have to be a rocket scientist, the wiring harness has a hard labeling configuration.They Try to make it like you to have to hire a Garmin installer to do it. I will not. I bought a NEMA 2000 starter kit and now am learning all a need is a network cable to hook the two to share information. Not happy at the present time ,maybe that will change when I finally get them installed.
