  Horrible experience. Received defective fan and explained thoroughly problems. Customer service was very poor. After a handful of emails to them their resolution was to refund me $3 (I paid over $15). Had to continually rehash problems via email. After they finally agreed to a full refund, they requested that I leave favorable feedback for their doing so. Really, are you serious? Soooo, buyer beware, I would NEVER buy from them again and they certainly don’t deserve any favorable feedback.
