  During transit the card had come out of the case and was loose in the package, leading to me damaging it while opening the package. I made the seller aware of what had happened, considering the card a loss at my own hand and not wanting the seller or anyone else to have to deal with it again. The seller replied quickly with an apology and promised a replacement card. 10/10 service!
