KT PRO Sport tape 2 strip trial pack
I tried this tape and it really made a difference in the knee pain I suffer with. Those darn old injuries don't go away but this tape helps better than a knee brace. FOR ME anyway. My issue is tendonitis and this doesn't put pressure on the tendons but supports the knee. Their website has several videos on how to apply the tape correctly as well which isn't as hard as you might think. I bought another brand that just didn't have the same strength as this one and it will actually stay on for a few days. It's worth the try, I'm glad I did. I would love to say that it takes away all the pain but I would be lying, however: it helps, a lot.
