Used graphic card, it worked but a lot of dust and dog hair inside

I know the Graphic card was used but there was a lot of white dog hair inside the fan. I have to clean it using tweezers to pick up the hair and blow it out with a dust spray. Besides that the delivering was very fast and graphic card work.
