  The brand of liquid soap I ordered was out of stock. The seller advised me immediately and sent me details, with photographs, of a similar product, or offered a refund. I chose the similar product, which was despatched by the seller very promptly. I had chosen free delivery by courier but the seller used 48hr delivery by Royal Mail at no extra charge to me.   Great quality. I'm partial to rainbow-coloured things! I actually use it for taking milk to work, so I can make my coffee whilst outdoors. It holds enough for two cups of coffee and has kept the milk cold all day (hopefully it will do so in the warmer months, too). It arrived in excellent condition, as described and well packaged. The accompanying funnel is really useful to fill it easily. It was good value, too.
