15 liter fermentation crock
Having a love of pottery I have seen many pieces and appreciate the thought and attention given to each piece. I know this crock is manufactured on a large scale production model, and I see that this crock, if sold by a potter would be a ‘second’. The glazing is not completely covering the clay, there are bare areas on the rim of the crock lip and on the upper regions of the interior. Both ‘imperfections ‘ will not impact the making of kraut.
My wish is that the description would be honest and the price reflect the quality.
