Great little mig welder.
2 of 2 found this helpful I'm a boilermaker by trade so I have a lot of time behind the hood. Just had to get that out there. I was skeptical about buying this little mig but after reading some of the reviews I thought I would give it a shot for the price. When the package arrived I was set for the inspection. It was packed well with all the parts. Better have a quality hood, chipping hammer, and wire brush before it arrives cause the ones that come with it are usless. The wire that comes with the welder is not a quality wire. It will get you by but it's not going to give you the consistency to produce good welds. I had some quality wire and put it in the welder and it made a world of difference. This little welder will produce good solid welds. You will have to play with the controls to figure out what works best, when you do it will do its job. All in all I am happy with this little welder. Heck I got lunch boxes bigger than it is.

Good for the money
0 of 1 found this helpful The viewer is very simple to use and navigate the features. For the price it was hard to pass it up. It runs on four AAA batteries and it comes with a plastic film screen protector. But the body needs to be beefed up. So I would recommend some kind of protection around it. One drop in rocky terrain and it will be toast.
