Very good
I expect that people ordering this product would know what to expect. It's an ear irrigator. Propulse is a good make. It works very well. It came very well packaged and they exceeded the expected delivery time. I am in the UK but I see that it comes with various different electricity connectors for different countries. It looks good too. Might have been nice to have had more than 10 irrigator tips as a starter. It is suitable for regular use in a GP surgery.

I have been having trouble with the original charger but not it is working again. Brilliant thanks.
