Won't you turn it on, it doesn't stay on, It switches itself off

You have to press the power button on the TV remote 15 times up to 15 seconds, for it to stay on.

International faulty unit not well made to handle Australian conditions, It is a cheap piece of junk.

I'm not getting 15 volt from the Power Supply and also The Soldering Iron doesn't Regulate the temperature properly.
