After trying other techniques, I bought 2 packs (20) to repair 7 vertcle blinds. Four blinds were repaired with one tab. Two blinds slid out of tab and the tabs replaced. Make sure you clean the blinds of dirt, residue, etc.
one blind required re-repair three times. In this case the blind had slight tear where tab was. I used modeling glue to fuse the plastic and tab. No more problems.
These blinds have an eneven surfasr (print) and that could have caused the re-repairs.
Lightly sanded the blind to rough up surface, used isopropyl alcohol to clean and dried before repair.
Overall, I would buy again, rough up surfaces to ensure 100 % contact with blind.
Fit is perfect.

Ensure surface is clean, dry and sand if uneven
Some of the re-repairs could have been from lack of bonding between tab and blind, temperature extremes, etc.
