It's exactly as described.
It's a sturdy, high quality utensil. Just be aware that when it says "medium" in the descriptor, out is exactly that. The handle is full-sized, and the stainless makes it a good weight, and won't snap like plastic handles when mixing stiff ingredients, like ground meat. That said, the business end is slightly smaller than most silicone spatulas (though definitely larger than a "bottle scraper), but the small head size didn't make full use of the heft that the sturdy handle should provide.

A design masterpiece
This is my second purchase of this model. I like it so much, that this one is a gift to someone whom I've been trying to convince of the value of baking by weight. This scale makes it very easy. It's accurate, durable, and also easy to clean.
