1 of 1 found this helpful I received my package in the mail in a small/med size rolled up plastic outside . I opened it and to my surprise there was a tightly wrapped cushion inside. I unwrapped it and took the plastic off it and let it enlarge, and that it did. The size is good but the bed is as hard as a rock. I cant even get my dog to get on it, i sat on it and it is terrible, no give, a block of a triangle almost cement block! I see that the bed expands to triple in size or more so you are basically stuck with it!!! To return it would be expensive, i hate it, even the cover on it stinks, nothing comfortable about the hard triangle.
