NuTone 23405SER - 23405 JA2C028-1 Exhaust Fan Replacement Motor - NEW

Great alternative to brand site price!

I have a NuTone 8662 fan/light in an old home and this motor fits perfect! Did not have to replace the motor mounts in the bracket, this motor fits exactly as it should (thankfully). I did order a new squirrel cage, even though the old one is perfectly fine, just to ensure no future problems. This motor does have a ground wire, so I just attached it to the bracket/frame of the fan (the screw nearest the outlet) and it works fine.
