Good product and good value

Great concept but quality of materials lets it down
The Idea behind the system is great but unfortunately the quality of the materials lets it down.
The tubing and the top latch that are meant to keep the hook in a horizontal position are too flimsy and bend under the weight of the bike, and they had to be modified and strengthened to do the job properly.
As mentioned before the concept of the hook being able to fold away when not in use is great but it needs better quality tubing and a longer and stronger top latch.

Cheaper than brand name but does not last
Part fits well and looks the part but it does not last.
After a few months it not longer perform as it should.
Better pay more for a known brand
