  Item shipping was almost 2 weeks late. Was supposed to be shipped from inside the US, package said Hong Kong. Communication was excellent. Oh and after I inquired about my item, the price dropped. I agreed to give 5 stars because I got a refund, but not a complete refund.

  The seller was outstanding with their communications over shipping issue that was not their fault. The United States Postal Service sent the package around to 5 different locations before it finally made it to me and were less than helpful when I contacted the Post office about it.

  Works perfectly and everything works as it should. Beware that they copy pasted their listing from the manual. It originally stated that batteries were included (as it does in the manual) but when mine did not come with batteries I messaged them and they changed their description. I sent them a picture of the manual that came inside the box stating it came with batteries and they gave me a $2 refund.
