Little explosions of water in your mouth
My dentist had been hectoring me to get a "water pick" and allegedly this model had a rebate opportunity provided I send a receipt along with a form from the DDS's office. Small problem - no bill of sale or any instructions for that matter in the package - which came from China. Not worth $10 rebate to try and get receipt from somewhere far, far away, and I figured out how it works, and so far it still works after a fortnight, but hopefully my dentist will be impressed......I wasn't.
